Thats a lot of $$$ for someone that plays his style, ESP at his age...
But he really is EXACTLY what we need

It would certainly be a ballsy move,
But I think It's possible Darcy is realizing that he isn't going to make a trade as long as teams are asking for these crazy packages of players/prospects/picks...

If he thinks (as per homer) that Ennis, Pysyk & a 2nd is too much for Bobby Ryan...
Then I really don't see us making a deal

So then what are his options if he really wants to make an impactful move?
Front load a big$$$ deal for Doan seems like a good possibility

I don't buy it. Nobody is paying that much for Doan. Insane if they do, doesn't MTL have enough bad contracts?

dont mind $ but for 4 yrs.
